Boston University School of Social Work Macro Practice Intern
Olivia M. Leake is a Macro Social Work Intern at We Will All Rise, supporting community-based programming through outreach, engagement, and initiatives that address educational and social inequities. With a strong background in civic engagement and advocacy, she has led grassroots organizing efforts around policy awareness and gun violence prevention as Founder and President of the Students Demand Action chapter at Indiana University, and has contributed to national campaigns through the organization’s Training and Text Team. Olivia is passionate about advancing equity and systems-level change, with a particular interest in using the arts for community engagement and social justice. She is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work in Macro Practice at Boston University, and holds both a Master and Bachelor of Music in Oboe Performance. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her two cats.
