about

The Knowledge Center is All Rise’s hub for sharing what we’ve learned through our work. It’s where we document insights, best practices, and stories that reflect our mission and impact. Here, we make our findings accessible to the public, spark conversation, and invite collaboration with individuals and organizations who share our vision.

This independent evaluation, conducted by the Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative, highlights the impact of We Will All Rise’s Free M.I.N.D. Collective—a program dedicated to increasing college graduation rates among young men of color through mentoring, direct cash assistance, and professional development workshops. Drawing on surveys, focus groups, and program data, the report shows that participants experience strong academic persistence, financial relief, and a deep sense of community. Mentors and students alike value the program’s flexibility, personalized support, and focus on shared cultural experiences. With high year-to-year retention and graduation rates, the Free M.I.N.D. Collective is proving to be a powerful model for student success and long-term achievement.
