This independent evaluation, conducted by the Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative, highlights the impact of We Will All Rise’s Free M.I.N.D. Collective—a program dedicated to increasing college graduation rates among young men of color through mentoring, direct cash assistance, and professional development workshops.
