I Can Teach Summer Institute in Baltimore provides a tailored teaching exposure experience for young men of color, including high school and college students. Operating from 8:00 a.m. to noon daily for five weeks, participants are immersed in deep instructional practice. They serve sixty children in PreK-4 classrooms in partnership with Towson University Child Care Center, where they work alongside experienced teachers.

Bryce Percival is entering his senior year at Mount Saint Joseph High School, where he serves as the captain of the track team. Originally from West Baltimore, he aims to learn new skills and build relationships with the children, enabling them to develop to the best of their abilities.

Darius Woods, a Junior at Morgan State University, is majoring in Physical Education - Sports Administration. from Baltimore, Maryland, Darius is passionate about sharing his journey with other youth from his city. He aims to inspire them to pursue higher education and become college graduates, regardless of the challenges they may face along the way. Additionally, Darius is an engaged member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., actively participating in various campus events and leading service initiatives.

Tristin Richardson is a rising senior at Franklin High School and a multi-sport athlete passionate about education. Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, he aims to motivate future students with his vibrant personality and love for learning.

Kamonte Jackson is a transfer student at Towson University, where he will major in Spanish. Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, he is passionate about working with children and teaching the next generation fills him with pride and joy every single day.

Chase Powell is a Senior Marketing Major at Morgan State University and an MBA candidate focusing on product and brand management. Originally from Bowie, Maryland, he aims to promote future young professionals through his passion for literature and childhood development.
