Chief of Institutional Advancement & Impact
As Chief Impact Officer, Calvin works closely with the President & CEO to oversee the organization's strategic direction, impact assessment, and fundraising efforts. He is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to measure the effectiveness of the organization's programs and initiatives and cultivating relationships with donors and partners to secure funding and support for its mission. As Chief Impact Officer, Calvin plays a crucial role in driving the nonprofit's growth and sustainability. Outside of All Rise, Calvin teaches in the Department of Educational Policy and Community Studies at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He holds a PhD in Urban Education with a specialization in Social Foundations of Education.
